europeans fight for less human rights

article 15 of the european convention on human rights allows contracting states to derogate from certain rights guaranteed by the convention - but only "in time of war or other public emergency threatening the life of the nation". to clarify, this means that, deferring to the principle of self-defence, the state may ignore human rights legislation if it feels threatened by an individual citizen or group of citizens, but citizens may not ignore human rights legislation if threatened by the state. the state is invincible, long live the state.

the european convention on human rights is drafted in such a way that i must conclude that:

a) officers of the state are not human and are therefore not obliged to observe human rights legislation.

b) the state does not recognize citizens as human.

in africa we have no paper-rights worth the manila on which they are printed...we just have the unwritten social-rights of ancient law which we must re-assert from day-to-day - but in europe we have the inalienable right to:

...work and pay taxes to a cartel of european governments actively engaged in the exploitation and suppression of our families' home-continent.

...preconditionally suck the cock of europe in preparation for its democratic rape of africa.

...spare a charitable thought for the ten million congolese lives consumed in the pursuit of european happiness, integrated computer circuitry, and assorted armour-plated technological advances.

in europe we are free from the worry of preserving our fragile tissue of human rights...because...we have our mobile-phones...our laptops...our jobs...and our dignity...n'est-ce-pas...oder...na wah...init?

oh boy...are those europeans one right racist rabble, or what? i'm not at all racist, of course...and history will attest to the undeniable fact that, after a bout of pithy and perfunctory intercourse with mama palin, i went on to give birth to the first black president of the united states of america. and i hereby refute, once and for all time, any suggestion that miss condoleezza nice was the real father. oh yes we did!

hey man...sorry i called you 'racist'...must've got you confused with some other two-faced two-bit pathological president...

i also think that coldplay are better than the beatles...despite the needle getting stuck after their first hit...and the general feeling amongst my buddies that no self-respecting black rapper should even have an opinion on such acutely uncool matters anyway.

i also believe that the white house would look more attractive painted in dulux cornflower.

i'm seriously backing you to get a democratic nomination, kanye, really:

you're not afraid to speak out, you 'call it as it is', as a young man you're gaining a wealth of experience from sticking your foot in it, and your heart's obviously in the right place...

(although i freely admit that the last quality may not be entirely advantageous when running for president...)

well you see...i was always for human rights...but after coming to beijing and entering by chance into an intensive discussion with two nubile young female politics students and several opium pipes...i decided that the best way forward for british commerce was to suck chinese winky-woo. and my god...these chinese are most eager to learn, aren't they? quite an education for me too, i must say...
