the balance of bollox

in common with many hypocritical self-righteous fascists in britain, our most dear and beloved home secretary, st theresa dismay, continues to whinge-on about the uk appeal court's refusal to deport abu qatada as if this legal decision constituted the greatest injustice ever to befall any sovereign state anywhere in the world ever in history - yet she and her fellow gripers are blitzingly quick to forget that the only reason for this notorious individual gaining a political platform, and ensuant accessory power, is the commitment of former governments, left and right, to fully disregard the human rights of muslims in the middle-east by waging upon them devastating neo-colonialist oil-wars and by supporting hideously repressive dictators throughout the wider region; indeed, it seems anathema to the home secretary even to contemplate acceptance that the earlier illegal decision, made by herself and her empire-greedy peers, to invade iraq and murder countless thousands of civilians in cold blood, has sown such sour seeds of discontent as to hasten the promotion of a multitude of abu qatadas in the making.

considering our country's long form for warmongering crimes against muslim populations, surely it is but a small moral price for us to pay that we must now diligently safeguard this anti-western cleric, here in our bosom, until the end of his days, or until such time as he chooses, of his own volition, to fuck off somewhere more hospitable? (and to be fair, i'm bound to propose that the same immigration criteria should be applied to all prospective citizens whose countrymen we have historically oppressed and exploited)

by way of a final thought on the matter, i truly cannot help surmising that were ms dismay's home-sweet-home to take a direct missile-hit from a royal air force fighter-jet which completely wiped-out members of her entire extended family whilst merrily engaged in the celebration of a loved-one's nuptials, it would do wonders for her personal professional ability to weigh the value of an innocent human life against the inalienable right of a british cabinet minister to talk absolute blind-bulletshit in the houses of parliament.

yes, spark up, the direct approach to problem resolution is certainly to be applauded - over the years, i have been persistently plagued by the uninvited attentions of ardent admirers from the local rastafarian community, and having fruitlessly adopted many and various strategies to combat the high-level threat posed to my ready assets by the wandering hands of these pastoral pests, i now consider the most effective course of action (bob marley having sadly passed on) is to e-mail benjamin zephaniah (a really nice guy, for whom i have the most profound respect both as a performer and individual of integrity, given his polite ideological refusal of an obe-honour from prominent figures in the establishment, although obviously there are a few questions over whether he flirted a bit or showed them his knickers, due to the fact that they actually offered to give him one in the first place) and inform him, without wishing to be at all personal in any way, what an evil fucking lying cheating thieving bunch of cunts rastas 'round these sides really are.

so sorry to hear of your exfoliating predicament, miss - i thought that rastas were supposed to spend their time ascending the ethereal philosophical heights, not digging the depths of devious depravity.

i also favour the direct method of dealing with politicians - i've taken dozens of casual pot-shots at our president over the last few years but the cunt's still happily bouncing-around out there somewhere like an over-sexed ping-pong.

i know that spark up doesn't like to talk about these sort of things much...but the eavesdroppers who rip-off his stuff are highly ignorant - none less so than the one who reportedly attempted to publish and distribute the write to rant tale-of-shame before it had been completed; of course, the clue to the is-it-init-finished conundrum lay in the fact the draft-version had never left the computer hard-drive and had not been published on the internet - the hacker knew this, and also knew, because of continuous monitoring of his internet browsing via illegal and unauthorized electronic communication surveillance, that the piece was based upon one of the most famous and most brief short-stories in modern literature, vor dem gesetz (before the law) by czech writer franz kafka, yet the ignoramus couldn't even be bothered to read the few-lines of original-translation-text to the end and therefore failed to ascertain that the draft pastiche was likewise incomplete. fucking hopeless.

hi miss budlhia, i think the comprehensive all-encompassing adjective for which you are searching is light-fingered, dear...

...but i take your general point, and would further add that the next insidious fascist threat is always to be found in the place you would least likely expect it...

...over the years, my chosen vocation in life has given me cause to tirelessly observe roots reggae gigs in the london borough of hackney - although naturally, this was done strictly as a matter of civic duty - and in doing so i have often had occasion to remark upon the shockingly unashamed totalitarian display created by the upraised-arm of a performer making a barely-coded hitlerian power-gesture on stage...

...in this regard, i sincerely believe that the imminent emergence of the spliffenkreuz is no longer a possibility which should stretch the imagination of any sane man.
